1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ScholarPulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

ScholarPulse is intended for students aged 13 and above. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Provide accurate information when registering. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the app for unlawful purposes, attempt unauthorised access to the app or its infrastructure, upload malicious code, scrape or reverse-engineer the app, or use it to harm any person.

5. Subscription & Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. ScholarPulse Pro is available for TSh5,000 monthly or TSh50,000 yearly. Billing and subscription management are handled outside the mobile app. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods unless required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and features within ScholarPulse are the intellectual property of the ScholarPulse team. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

ScholarPulse is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular academic purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScholarPulse and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania. Any disputes shall be resolved in Tanzanian courts.
