ScholarPulse ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data We Collect

When you use ScholarPulse, we collect: account information (email, name), timetable entries, study tasks, budget entries, study hours logs, academic records, to-do items, subscription records, and local preferences (currency, notifications).

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide the ScholarPulse experience — display your schedule, tasks, and budget across sessions; calculate academic performance; and process subscription payments. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to your authenticated account only.

5. Third-Party Authentication

We offer sign-in via Google and Apple. When you use these, their privacy policies also apply. We only receive your email address and display name from these providers.

6. Your Rights

Access: view all data in-app. Deletion: delete your account via Settings → Danger Zone. Portability: contact us for a data export.
